Health News : Bones may get brittle by Breast Cancer

Aromasin is a drug used for the treatment of Breast Cancer. The medicine contained in Aromacin is Exemestane which has been reported to reduced the risks of Breast Cancer by nearly 65%.

Such a high rate of treat-ability has been found to be associated to cause loss of bone matter making them brittle and weak. The effect of bone loss has been noted more in women who have crossed Menopausal age (ranging in between 40 to 50).

The bone density is worsened by nearly 3 times in older women than in women who do not take Aromacin (Exemestane) for the treatment of their Breast Cancer.
