    Cocoa may lower blood pressure

According to research published in the archives of internal medicine, foods rich in cocoa appear to reduce blood pressure but tea drinking may not. Currently, it is advisable that people with high blood pressure should eat more fruits and vegetables; compounds known as polyphones or falconoids in fruits and vegetables are thought to contribute to their beneficial effects on blood pressure and cardiovascular risk.
However, coca and tea are currently not implemented in cardio protective or anti hypertensive dietary advice, although both have been associated with lower incidences of cardiovascular events.
