How much water you take in one day?
Water is a very important thing for our health and it is recommended to have at least 3-4 litres of water in a day by an adult person. It has innumerable health benefit and in our ancient scriptures also it is mentioned that in the morning first thing we should do is to gulp down a few glass of water.
