Kidney with 21.8 BUN result and CRA 0.837 how bad is it?

I have pain around my kidney an I teseted Blood for BUN and CRE resut is BUN 21.8mg/dl and CRE is 0.837mg/dl. BUN to CRE ratio is 26 how bad is it?
