What is diarrhea?
Diarrhea is an increase in stool frequency or decreased form of stool (more loosening of stools). Although the change in stool frequency and loose stools can vary independently, often changed in both.
Diarrhea must be distinguished from the other four conditions. Although these conditions may accompany diarrhea, often have different causes and treatments of diarrhea. These other conditions are as follows:
