Cough, Cold and Vomiting - A throw off method of the body

"I got Cough and Cold. I cannot bear it. It is so worse. I want to get over it immediately."
So many times we hear these sentences. But as we said, some allergens and unwanted changes took place in you which your body is trying to throw it off. And just let your body do what it wants to, you will win the battle without any medicines!

So, what is actually the way with Cough and Colds?
Suppose you ingest any unwanted substance. Our body recognizes it as a thing that it has to remove. It then analyses that is the unwanted substance required to be removed immediately - for e.g. pointed substances, chemicals etc. It then tries to "engulf" the substance by secreting a lot of mucus around it thus preventing it spread.

Now if the substance is in the Respiratory tract, the lungs, then it will induce cough or sneezing to remove it in reverse direction as it cannot be passed ahead from the lungs.

Now if the substance is in the food pipe and the stomach, the body then analyzes whether it can be passed through the stools or urine then you will not have a feeling of cough but you may suffer from Diarrhea or Frequent urination.

But if the body decides that it has to be removed from the mouth only, then you will immediately start feeling Nauseated and consequently, Vomiting.

Now if the body wants to vomit out the unwanted thing, and if you take a medicine to stop the vomiting, then there arises disease. A feeling of uneasiness, discomfort as the body is trying to REMOVE the thing and you are STOPPING the thing from being removed!
